Rules for using Hi App

These terms are written for Hi App's early access test. By using Hi App, you agree to use the service responsibly and follow the safety and community rules below.

Eligibility

Hi App is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use matching, messaging, Moments, Premium, or contact exchange features.

Account responsibility

Use a real email address you control, keep your password private, and do not create deceptive, impersonating, automated, or abusive accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Profiles and photos

Profile information should be accurate enough for safe social discovery. Do not upload explicit, stolen, misleading, harassing, or impersonating photos. Photos and Moment images may be reviewed before public display.

Likes, matches, and messages

Private chat opens after mutual interest. Free accounts have limited sent messages per match and may be blocked from exchanging email or phone details. Premium expands messaging and contact exchange under the current product rules.

Premium and early pricing

Hi App Premium is currently offered at $1 per month in the product interface. Real billing requires the configured Stripe checkout price. If Stripe is not configured, the app may activate simulated Premium for testing without charging a card.

Demo and simulated activity

Hi App may include demo members, seeded public content, and simulated product-testing replies to make the early experience understandable. Do not treat demo activity as a guarantee that a real person is available offline.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, scam, spam, scrape, sell accounts, solicit money, share illegal content, pressure people for contact details, or attempt to bypass safety, payment, rate limit, or moderation systems.

Service changes

Hi App is under active development. Features, limits, Premium benefits, demo data, pricing display, and moderation workflows may change as the product is tested and improved.
