For early access support, send a clear email with the account email you use for Hi App and the page or feature involved.

Include the email address on the account and write whether you want profile changes, account deletion, or a copy/update of the information you provided.
For safety reports
Use in-product report controls when available. If you email, include the member nickname, Moment or message context, approximate time, and what made it unsafe.
For billing questions
Mention whether you used Stripe Checkout or simulated Premium. Do not email card numbers, bank details, or passwords.
Response expectations
Hi App is an early product test, so support may be lightweight. We prioritize account access, safety, privacy, and payment-related messages.
